1. why can't the search tool detect the camera?
Answer: please confirm that the network connection is normal, and turn off the firewall and security software, and ensure that the camera is connected to the router.

2. why do cameras always require user names and passwords, or incorrect users?
Answer: the default password of the camera is 8888. If you forget the username or password, you can restore the camera to the factory setting to get the default username and password.

3. how can I restore my camera to the factory settings?
Answer: please press the reset button of the camera for about 5 seconds until the camera is restarted.

4. why is the image blurred?
Answer: if the lens protection film is not clear, rotate the camera's lens and focus, and then get a clear image after focusing.
