Great Kit But Beware.

The kit itself is great however, taking the model apart is a whole different story. The first issue you will run into is the main brace the runs the length of the truck. When the manufacture put this together they used the wrong type of Loctite I think. Anyway, you will break off the ends of the cap screws getting it apart. I wish I could give you a tip on how to avoid this but so far I don't know of any, sorry. Everything came apart pretty easy, that is until I got to the steering assy. It seems any of the screws that thread into aluminum might have Loctite. I was able to get the right side unscrewed from the bottom but not the left. I had to drill the head down so the plastic frame would allow it to pull out and then I used pliers to slowly unthread it. Also the screw in the right side nut where the two join with the flat metal bar would not come loose. I wound up ripping the knuckle off to get it apart. I'm still looking for a replacement. I have it held together with aluminum tape (see pics below) but it's holding. Anyway that was my experience. I hope your's is better, Good Luck!

Perfect fix

This is the perfect fix for my RC car. I like all the modifications done on the parts. This will make up for a better performance and durability to the car.

10208 V2 Upgrade Kit

Everything is there, everything fits, only a few screws are of a different type than shown in the manual, but you quickly figure that out and then everything fits. The car becomes a fully-fledged V2 and drives significantly better. It would be nice if there were such kits from other manufacturers, if something was improved and then at such a cheap and fair price
