You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The planes seems to be a pretty good plane, but it's not exactly as shown in the pics. The spinner is different ie much smaller, so the nose doesnt look as good as the pics online. Also they offered me extra batteries for a few dollars more but they are not the correct batteries for this plane, so I dont know what I am going to do with them. i.e. useless waste of money.
