You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Amazed that all this Tech fits in such a small package great little car lots of options. Camera can be detached and driven around with Hot Wheels great for playing with my kids. Maker fire noted an issue with the transmitter and made sure everything was working before they sent it out took a little extra time but I'm glad they made sure it was all working. Sent extra goodies for the hassle of extra time. Mine came with a camera that's actually smaller than the one pictured, no complaints there. Easy to set up charge and ready to go auto box no complaints.
