every long press means the frequency switch and the light on. Note：the frequency needs to be adjusted every time the
power cut off
2. 9 red lights represent band，short press could switch into nextband,
this operation can be cycled. Every short press means the band
switch and the light on. Note：the operation has the setting memory, the system
could save the current band when the power cut off
