You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. It was ordered early in Dec, but wasn’t delivered until a couple days after Christmas. This particular Miata was, evidently, a sought after RC car because it wasn’t available until late Dec at several places.
When it arrived, my grandson was thrilled! It was everything he said it should be and he said was worth the wait. I am happy.
The only suggestion I would have is that the company should communicate things like late arrivals to their customers at the beginning.
I wasn’t told that the car wouldn’t be shipped late until I reached out to the company after a couple of weeks after I had ordered.
And, I had to reach out to them for updates. They did answer my emails, and I appreciate that. But it would have saved anxious moments if I had been told at the time of ordering that the car was on back order.
But, the car is great, so far. The price was good.
Cool car works great, ordered way before Christmas for a gift for my son and didn't arrive till after. Car was in stock when I ordered and it says on the site when in stock they ship within 1-2 days of when the order is placed. Ordered on the 4th of December didnt arrive till the 27th. Car didn't ship until around the 17th of December. Won't be ordered from here again.
